Update on AGM Lobbying
Hi All,
Here’s a few updated things I’ve done to act on AGM motions.
- Written to Vice Chancellor to ask to rename the Wills Memorial building the Harry Patch building. He said no.
- Helped convince Sport, Exercise and Health to look at the possibility of an outdoor gym (but not at Royal Fort Gardens)
- Worn a suit every Friday
- Worked with Josh to persuade the University to take a new look at Widening Participation and encourage further offer contextualisation and state school recruitment.
- Raised the possibility of having dedicated teaching staff in each department able to give proper attention to personal tutees.
